But let's take it one step further... have you ever done that more than once in a week? How about every other day? Do your friends ask you to stop talking about whatever your latest obsession is? Well my friends, that's called hyperfixation and today's episode is all about that very thing.
In today's episode we explore how hyperfixation appeared in my life, what it is, the benefits and detriments of it, and some tips on how to not let your hyperfixation take over your life and tups on how to be a supportive friend of someone who hyperfixates on something for a while.
