The Wedding night. Your first time. The night of your life…

Surely this title comes with a lot of stress, anxiety and worry, but might also be extremely exciting for many of us. What happens after the party ends and you’re alone with your husband?Does your stress and worry overcome you?

Today’s episode I’ll be discussing the different problems that may arise on your ‘wedding night’. The first problem we need to deal with is changing the Arabic name of it.

The wedding night translates in Arabic to “The night of entering” or “The Entrance Night”, signifying the husband “entering” his wife (i.e. intercourse).

Today’s episode isn’t meant to be super ‘educational’ in terms of “hey! Grab your pen and paper and take notes”. No, today’s episode is aimed at reformatting our brains, rewiring our minds and our thoughts surrounding our bodies as well as to help us, at least become convinced, of the importance of connecting with our bodies after having been living so disconnected for years.

We must be connected to our bodies if we ever want fulfilling sex lives with a partner.
