Daily for the first 7 days.
Respiratory Covid Symptoms
-Exercise 15 min per day
-Drink plenty of water until urine is pale yellow
-1 bottle Gatorade or Powerade per day
-25 mg Benadryl every night
-250-500 mg Vitamin C Daily
-1000-2000 mg Vitamin D Daily
-Zinc Daily
Continue these and after day 7 add
-Allegra or Claritin or Zyertec Daily and Benadryl Nightly
-Can take Pepcid
Sleep 8-10 hours per night.
GI Covid Symptoms 0-14 days
-Exercise 15 min per day
-Drink plenty of water until urine is pale yellow
-1 bottle Gatorade or Powerade per day
-25 mg Benadryl every night
-250-500 mg Vitamin C Daily as tolerated
-1000-2000 mg Vitamin D Daily as tolerated
-Zinc Daily as tolerated
-Pepcid or Tagimet every day
-Pepto Bismol
