We are back for Part 2 of the Motherhood Series and talking about all things CONFIDENCE. Where does it ultimately come from and how can we continue to develop it as our Motherhood progresses. So many of us don’t even like to admit this is an area we need help with and in choosing that we will remain in feelings of frustration, exhaustion and isolation.

I read a quote that says “I will not waste today believing things you did not say” and I believe that so many of us can relate with allowing the lies or fears as moms rule our minds. But not anymore, after this episode I hope that you can put into practice some of the tools shared as you remain on your Journey to Becoming and how putting yourself first is essential to remaining confident in your Mom Life Era.
