Through a series of unfortunate events, Dominick found himself near death and in need of 5 organs in order to survive. Through the gift of life, Dominick got his wish from a donor named Lyndsey.
Now 2 years since surgery, and Lyndsey's tragic passing, Dominick looks back and is encouraging people just like you to sign up to be an organ donor.
