Six months ago, I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) by a psychiatrist for the first time as an adult. It's been six months since my diagnosis and being placed on meds and on this episode I talk about what my experience has been like so far and how you can either get help yourself or at least have a better understanding of people like me.
