In this week's episode we have Pramod Raheja, CEO of Airgility with offices in College Park, Maryland! They do artificial intelligence and autonomy for unmanned robotics systems, basically they build robots and do AI in them. Growing up he lived in different places until he was 12 when he moved to the DMV area and has been here ever since. His love of airplanes and spaceships started at the young age of 4, he would receive in the mail a science kit of the month that he always looked forward to. He began taking flying lessons while attending the University of Maryland and became an airline pilot after college and still continues to fly after 34 years all while building several companies. He sees entrepreneurs like athletes who should be coached, and have someones who's only vested interest is for you to be at the top of your game. He shares about a system he used with his children called TED Talks Tuesday, where they would discuss TED Talks and it helped them become lifelong learners. Pramod mentioned how you should focus on what you are good at, you will become so much more efficient and not waste time! Talks about an important rule I complete agree with which is sell first, sell and see if you have a market first that is why sales and revenue is the top line of a financial statement - focus on driving sales and the top line! He shares how it all starts with your mind, be positive and believe in yourself!
