Hosted by Allyson Cole: a certified coach, a single mother to three kids and a woman who through her own divorce has gained perspective and has used this experience as a springboard to reinvent and create a life full of peace, joy, faith and acceptance. This podcast will be a place where we will talk about divorce and especially life after divorce and how to manage your mind and your emotions.
