We talked about the history of the Garda, the "Guardians of the People." We talked about the training, the transformation efforts, the training of Garda, and the leadership lessons. We also discuss the point of view of happenings in the US, from the Irish perspective.
Andy is set to earn his Ph.D. in/around August 2021 and is a lecturer of Criminal Procedure at the University of Limerick. A wide-ranging interview providing perspectives of life and policing on the Emerald Isle!
