With the Russian call up of hundreds of thousands of troops and the likely annexation of the Russia leaning enclaves in Ukraine, it's likely Putin's objectives have shifted. Plus the stifling of dissent and how Western 'support' of the war in Ukraine is now leading to the election of right wing governments in the West.
