I was at a concert tonight and decided to just be there in the moment. I took all my worries and stressors for the day and somehow just set them aside for the time being. Rather than trying to calculate how and when I’d do certain things later on, I just focused on being there with my little brother. Guess what? I enjoyed the concert, took more in, and still got all my tasks done. It’s 2:10am as I write this but I got everything done. That’s a fat win.
