Elizabeth Ereddia, aka Bizz Bio.
My journey to wellness started at a young age when I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I knew there had to be a better way and found nutrition and herbs. I started studying holistic lifestyle which has saved my life.
I am a licensed massage therapist of 20 years with emphasis on womb
massage, scar tissue massage, visceral massage, fertility massage,
prenatal and postpartum massage, wellness coaching, herbalism,
herbal/healthy living and holistic woman's empowerment. I am also an
innate postpartum practitioner and a womb healing educator.
My philosophy is rooted in the wise woman traditions. This tradition
looks to heal the whole individual through nourishing the mind with self
love, creating healthy boundaries, moving our bodies, becoming in tune
with oneself, cyclical living, connecting to nature and nourishing the
body with healthy foods and herbs. The goal is to reclaim sovereignty
over mind and body.
I empower women with transformative tools to live a balanced, restored,
and nourished life in all phases of life.
