David "Chico" Prince, aka Laid Back Country Picker is a former KY State Social Studies teacher of the year. He teaches currently at Lawrence County High School in Louisa, Kentucky. He is also an accomplished guitarist who can frequently be seen sharing the stage with his wife Teresa in Luna and the Mountain Jets as well as with his protege and rising country star Tyler Childers. Laid Back Country Picker is signed to Hickman Holler Records and will be releasing his label debut sometime in late 2019 or early 2020.
