In 2015 Stefan and Jens developed their own football data analysis model called packing and with their company IMPECT they are attempting to change the way teams evaluate players by effectively measuring how a player uses the ball.

Stefan and Jens explain to us how the concept came about, why it's been adopted by the likes of PSG and Chelsea, and why they think possession itself is an overvalued statistic.
