So even though it's late, I wanted to put together this episode to let you know why we should talk about suicide. Why, together... we should stand up to suicide. The statistics that surround suicide need no explanation, with someone taking their own life every 40 seconds and with it being the biggest killer of young people... But what can we do to talk more openly about suicide? What can we do to break down the stigma?
