In this episode we go over why timing is something we all are trying to master. The truth is there are so many variables in life that waiting till the perfect time could mean waiting indefinitely. When selling a home it is a clear goal of every seller to maximize their sale price. Trying to time the market to the very top could lead to missing your chance. When selling a less than desirable home such as a loud busy corner lot the market means everything. When inventory is limited and buyers are stressed, homes like that become more attractive.
