Greetings, this is Kaitlin Statz, the writer and creator of VAST Horizon. And I’m Travis Vengroff, the sound designer and producer… We greatly appreciate our nomination for the AVA’s this year and are excited to share the first episode of our third season – Lark, in which Nolira has been framed for the theft of 40,000 embryos by a VAST alien entity.

VAST Horizon is the story of one woman’s fight for survival against the void of space…
In season one our protagonist Dr. Nolira Eck was set adrift after a catastrophic incident left her as the lone survivor of the technology colony ship: Bifrost. Injured and alone, Nolira and the ship’s AI were able to rescue the ship’s most important asset, it’s embryo vast before meeting Sanon, a war criminal and the only other survivor on the ship. A few weeks have passed since her rescue, and now, working through Nolria, the vast entity has forced the crew of the rescue ship, the OTV Walton, to evacuate if they are to rescue the 400,000 colonists of the Bifrost.

The show is rated PG-13 for violence and occasional language, and features a talented cast hailing from six continents who help us bring this story to life. So, get ready to experience new things, new skies, and new people in VAST Horizon.
