Sarah Salisott is the self-published author of the book Welcome to The Foster Lane: Parenting Advice From a Coach Who’s Been There.

Sarah is a parent to a wonderful, engaging child who joined Sarah's family on a permanent basis when she (daughter) was 16 years old. Sarah specializes in parenting teenage girls with mental health struggles who are currently placed in foster care. Sarah is also a PCI Certified Parent Coach® who specializes in helping parents of children in foster care decrease yelling and increase connection moments. In June of 2020, Sarah’s book Welcome to the Foster Lane: Parenting Advice From a Coach Who’s Been There launched worldwide to critical acclaim.
