“We are employee-owned. We work for a CEO who believes that the wage gap in our country is very wide between the haves and have nots. He recognized that he can do something about it and he can make employee owners out of his employees. So back in 2016, we became officially an employee-owned company, and so this is an ongoing thing, it wasn't a one-time transaction back in 2016. Every single year, we get to share in our successes.”
