“I believe a company should strive to be ultra selective in the individuals that they choose to represent them, especially out at a client site. So yes, we want to be picky of the candidates that we hire. Flipside, I'd like to see the candidates be picky of the companies that they're choosing to align themselves to. So just as much as we are interviewing them, we ask them for an introduction. I turn around and give them an introduction of who we are, largely centered around our culture, because I want them evaluating those too. Is it going to be the right fit for them?”
