It's still early in the new year and so I wanted to share a little parable I found to help you begin to ask yourself how you handle adversity.

We have all had our share of adversity during the last two years and this story gives us a lot to think about regarding how we handle ourselves when things get tough. It’s about what happens to the carrot, the egg and the coffee bean when subjected to boiling water.
