Charles’ work has been instrumental in they field of leadership and is embraced by many around the world as it genuinely helps leaders to focus on how best to create the conditions for ongoing trust in the workplace. Charles is the author of The Thin Book of Trust, first and second edition. In this book leaders can find very useful, practical strategies to prioritize trust in the workplace through better understanding the four assessment domains of trust which are Care, Sincerity, Reliability and Competence.
