MS FUNRUN MIX 2013

To make things interesting. As well as running in the 10km event and doing this mix to raise money for MS. I'll also be doing the 10km run on NO sleep. As I'll be going straight from onesixone to Albert Park because the event is held early on a Sunday morning.
