The effect of "historic" low inventory on YOUR home value

My goal is to ensure you always get the info that truly matters to YOU. You won't hear this being talked about in the media right now but its the biggest story there is. For the first time in history, we are at record low inventory of available properties across Canada. To give you the reference, in late 2019 we had about 9 months of inventory (aka a Buyers Market). Right now, close to 2 months of inventory. There is nothing we can do to make people add their listings but for those of you who are planning a move soon, right now may be the window of opportunity you have been waiting.
