On Episode 201 I sit down with Tina Garbe. Tina started working in a hair salon when she was 14 and to this day it's the only job that she's ever had. Tina now owns Loft Styling Studio in Boulder, CO. where she has been open for 7 years now.
Tina found CrossFit and CrossFit Roots after 10+ years in yoga and we talk about all of the positive impacts that CrossFit has had on not only her physical health but also her overall health and well-being.
Tina has a passion for giving back to the community and she spends her time outside of work volunteering for organizations such as Denver Kids and Denver Children's Home. She and her husband Danny also enjoy fostering dogs.
