Secret #3. MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) - do it where you get paid forever.
So at the core of entrepreneurship, you have to be able to sell that project your message in a way that helps someone make a decision to do business with you, whether you're trying to, secure financing, or lower lease amount from from your former employer, or you're trying to sell your product or service or your widget is to an end user. At the core, you have to understand how to sell.
