Many landlords manage their own properties and may save money in the short term, but they may be missing out on bigger profits and growth. Irfan Raza of Raza Homes became a full time investor in Philadelphia after working as a CPA because he was able to scale quickly by partnering with a good Property Manager. While we talk about some of the challenges and frustrations, Irfan and I both agree that Professional Property Management can play a key role in being a successful Investor but you need to set expectations and know how to choose the right PM for your needs.
