Annmarie is the founding and principal attorney of Giblin Law PLLC which specializes in cyber and privacy law and general litigation. Annmarie is considered a cyber law thought leader, who regularly speaks about cyber and privacy law, and is currently developing a blog to better share her thought leadership with her clients and colleagues. She is also a seasoned litigator, having spent well over 10 years practicing “in the trench” litigation in a wide variety of practice areas. She brings a litigator’s eye to every client engagement, trying to both identify and address potential problems to avoid litigation and set up the best-case scenario should the matter end up in litigation. Annmarie is also an experienced drafter, having spent a little over two years as the Global Cyber Attorney for a large multinational insurance carrier drafting insurance policies, endorsements and other contract provisions.

She is married and has two young children, who both keep her young and age her mercilessly. In addition to being an avid reader and cook, Annmarie also enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and major league baseball. She is also a member of her local PTA and has worked with charities to help with the homelessness crisis in New York City.
