Host Dave Bourne will discuss the case of Las Vegas Lawyer and Libertarian Candidate for Clark County Nevada DA Jim Duensing, who the police attempted to murder by shooting him multiple times for trying to avoid being killed via taser (Jim has a heart condition) by run away from the police who tasered him for no reason. Jim was found guilty of multiple felony charges this Tuesday. As everyone focuses on Michael Brown and the grand jury, they seem to ignore the hundreads of other people unjustly killed by the police. Samantha Ramsey murdered by police in Kentucky ruled justified and no indictment by grand jury. What do all these cases say about the jury system and a certain percentage of the populations views?
