KJ Kelsch (they/them) is a neurology-focused mobility restoration specialist & strength coach based at J Bodyworks in San Francisco. They're passionate about helping queer, trans, non-binary & neurodiverse people of all stripes embody their superpowers through therapeutic, empowered movement. In today’s episode, KJ and Pasha talk about embodiment through the lens of neurodiversity. KJ encourages us to embrace our differences, move the way our body craves to move, and navigate the environment as we choose. They remind us how important sleep, rest, and staying in our neuroqueer joy is.
