Kai Northcott (they/them/xe/xem) helps neurodivergent professionals design their time to improve executive function. Kai has explored opposite ends of many spectrums, including that of time after an extended period of living in the outdoors.

The natural cycles of each day and each year provide an 8-part model that we can use as a blueprint to design anything from staff meetings to daily pleasure practices. A perfect conversation to explore as we enter 2023, Kai asks "what do you want to let go of from this year and what do you want to grow in the coming year?"
