This podcast aims to inspire nurses working in a palliative and hospice care system to take a leadership role in transforming care in the direction of the Quadruple Aim.

Triple Aim includes a focus enhancing patient experience, improving population health, and reducing costs and is widely accepted as a compass to optimize health system performance. Yet nurses and physicians and other members of the healthcare workforce report widespread burnout and dissatisfaction, which are associated with lower patient satisfaction, reduced health outcomes, and possible increased costs.
