Samantha M. Lethbridge, CCUFC, is a Financial Wellness Officer with Visions Federal Credit Union. Samantha’s goal is to educate, inspire and motivate people to be financially healthy. Whether teaching grade school kids the importance of being responsible with money or helping underserved populations break the cycle of poverty, Samantha is committed to helping make people’s financial lives better. But she does not stop there. Born from personal experience, Samantha sees a tremendous need for mentors. In this riveting podcast, Samantha shares her view of mentoring, why it is so important for young people to have mentors and what it takes to be a great mentor.
