Former Vegas Golden Knight Max Pacioretty says there is a lack of accountability in Vegas. He told the Raw Knuckles podcast that when he first arrived in Las Vegas (from Montreal) he couldn't believe the lack of accountability on the part of the team, the fans, and even the media. He said he "couldn't feel the pressure from management or the coaches." Pacioretty also stopped short of calling it a Country Club setting and said he had to motivate himself to be more accountable. He also said former head coach Pete DeBoer brought out the best in him as a player. He said "DeBoer is a very good coach. He said you knew where you need to be at all times on the ice." He also called the VGK D zone structure "flawless."
