Giving Justin Herbert an electric weapon in the first round should be at the top of the Chargers wish list with blue chip weapons available like Malik Nabers and Brock Bowers. Both players would improve the LA offense, but taking Nabers gives the Herbert a legitimate wide receiver one at a huge discount.
