About Rob
Rob Lamontagne is a real estate investor located in Ottawa, Ontario. As a self-employed computer consultant, he has no pension. To retire, he will need to rely on his savings and investments. Everything was going well, until the Global Meltdown between September, 2008 and April, 2009. Freedom 55 had become Freedom 75 overnight. He had to make a new plan. As a direct result of this, in 2009, he began his real estate career as a student in an educational program teaching the Rich Dad Philosophy of buying, holding and managing investment real estate: that is, buying cash flowing investment real estate using as little of your own money as possible.
