Great question asked by the lovely Jan this week. The line between 'healthy' or 'sensible' eating and restriction can be tricky to spot, and it's a concern that lots of people have when they are figuring out or new to intuitive eating. In this week's episode I'm giving you some questions that will help you to determine which one it could be for you, and then giving you some tips on how to turn it round so that you can be an intuitive eater again.
Other ramblings include my pathetic ability to eat spicy foods, how tuna and sweetcorn seem to go with everything, and new options for supporting the show.
