5:00 pm The Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has made diversity, civil rights and tackling hate crimes central elements of her administration. To tell us more about the progress in these issues are Special Crimes Bureau Chief Ruben Perez and Environmental Crimes Investigator Rafay Rasheed.
