She believes employers need to get out of the transactional mindset that pervades employment and take some time to reexamine their employees. She also believes that tried-and-true solutions to the current set of employee issues will work only if employers can identify what those issues are. I am pleased to have with me in this episode Sanja Licina, Ph.D., President of Workforce Experience at QuestionPro (https://www.questionpro.com/). She has 20 years of experience as an executive and senior leader in high-growth organizations, as well as a researcher and product manager. For nine years she held multiple strategic roles at CareerBuilder, including product management, talent intelligence, and workforce analytics.
