"When it comes to writing resumes, most of us are self-conscious. When you are talking about yourself organically there's a natural flow, just like any other conversation. You can be at a dinner party and somebody says, "What do you do?" and so you give your regular response. If they've got more questions, then it's very easy to have that back and forth and answer those direct questions. But when you have to put it on a piece of paper, it makes it very real - which can be scary to think about, let alone write."
