Cathy, a nurse, military spouse and health coach discusses the importance of giving a voice to the caretakers and spouses of warriors, who many times feel forgotten. Cathy has pushed to build a community amongst caretakers and continues to advocate for healthier living within the community by traveling the country as a health coach.
