Welcome to Episode 26 of the Fit Father Project Podcast, and another fantastic member success story. Today, in my interview with Mike Harari, he shares how creating healthy habits and daily disciplines helped him successfully lose 36 lbs.

This was actually Mike’s second stab at the FFP programs, having fallen off track a few weeks into his first attempt. This was actually a great learning experience for Mike, as he knew what had caused the bump in the road, so knew what to fix for his second try.

Mike goes deep into how he created habits for both his nutrition plan and his workouts, using the information and instructions from our FF30X program. In particular, Mike discusses:
