This week I finally was able to sit down with Mark Walter the founder of Sun Multisport events. Mark organizes triathlons of various lengths, a Farm based trail running series and the Race Mania Summit and Expo for endurance athletes and that happens annually in March.

When Mark isn’t coordinating events he’s putting in miles getting ready for a full Ironman triathlon in the fall. To learn more about the races and events that we will be discussing in this episode you can go to www.sunmultisportevents.com

For me, it was the Whaling City Tri at the end of the month. It’s a great distance to ease into the sport of triathlon and seeing how I have an Olympic distance coming up the first week of September, this will give me an idea of what I need to work on over the month of August.
