In this episode, I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Three that desires some reprieve from the burden of expectations his Type Three structure often creates for him. We explore the hustle & desire to accomplish that’s intrinsic for Type Threes and how we can balance out some of the anxiety & shame around expectations by slowing down to check in with himself. In our conversation, there’s also a gentle invitation to be kind to himself when he notices his Type Three structure emerge, which is a good reminder for all of us as we become more aware of our blindspots. The Enneagram Three in this coaching space is a friend & former co-worker, so it was really a gift to get to share the coaching space with him.
