In this week’s podcast episode, we look at the changes announced in October 2024, to the much touted new employment right of ‘protection from unfair dismissal from day one of your employment’. From the government announcements, all is not as it was initially advertised to be!
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
