In this week’s episode, we update on a major successful sex discrimination and equal pay claim that has taken a whole six years to be completed. This is the first successful equal pay claim in the private sector and in what is being seen as a landmark victory for female workers who work for Next the company, this case could go on to influence thousands of other workers in the private sector.
