This topic comes up in my conversation this week with Casey Wayne. She wrote a book called *Abundant Fruit: Cultivating Fruit of the Spirit Through Spiritual Growth. I love studying the Fruits of the Spirit and for me personally, patience and self- control are so challenging for me. So we are going to dive deeper on the devotions on those as well as talk about this idea of rest. I think you are going to learn so much from Casey.
