Mental health and stability are just as vital as physical. In this episode I touch on the effects of society and the impact consequences stemmed from the actions of others. Often falling victim to our own minds and self-reflection that has been portrayed, dictated and embedded by the views of those we may not even know. This in return has paved the way for them to continuously be allowed and be acceptable and supported by the very government hired to protect us.
