We all know how important physical health is to living a great life, and building a thriving business. BUT did you know how interlinked MENTAL + PHYSICAL health actually is? I have learned this lesson now twice in my life. Once back in 2020 when I was diagnosed with SIBO - small intestinal bacterial overgrowth - and last week when I diagnosed myself with LOW IRON. I had been struggling again with feeling no energy, fatigued, anxious, emotional, depressed, tired… I thought this was all entirely mental health related, only to be reminded yet AGAIN that the real issue was my PHYSICAL HEALTH. Low iron. Today, I’m sharing all about what I have learned over the past 2 years about physical health, gut health, SIBO, low iron + how these things impact our mental health.
