Conversation 230: The Story, Journey and Passion of Allison Lansman, RD, LD
Today’s conversation is with Allison Lansman, a registered dietitian who has had a passion for food since she was a little girl growing up on her family farm. Allie shares her journey to dietetics that started with her own disordered eating going into college and how it blossomed into the purposeful direction of food systems, food Justice and cultural responsiveness. She is currently pursuing her masters in public health and has had some great experiences around food systems and shares her advice for other dietitians interested in this emerging area to practice.
